Subprocessors
Last updated
These are the third-party providers that process personal information for Quality Performance when we run the QP Addendums website and application. Each one works under a contract that limits how it can use the information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
| Provider | What they do for us | Information involved | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Railway | Hosting for the website and the QP Addendums application, and its PostgreSQL database | All information stored in or sent to the website and the service | Website and application |
| Google Workspace (Gmail) | Sending sign-in codes, password resets, order and account notices, website form submissions, and the confirmations we send back | Names, email addresses, and message content | Website and application |
| Zoho (Creator) | Dealership and user records, and sign-in for dealership accounts | Names, work email addresses, roles, and dealership details | Application |
| Zoho (SalesIQ) | Live chat on the website and in the application | Chat messages, any contact details you share in chat, and device and usage information collected by the chat widget | Website and application |
| Stripe | Card payments for subscriptions and supply orders, and saved cards | Name, email, billing details, and card details (we keep only the card brand and last four digits) | Application |
| Twilio | Text-message updates about supply orders, for people who ask for them | Mobile phone number and message content | Application |
| Shipping carriers | Delivering sticker labels and other supplies | Recipient name, dealership name, shipping address, and phone number | Application |
Two systems the application uses are run by Quality Performance itself, so they aren't on this list: the VIN decoder, which turns a VIN into year, make, model, and trim, and QPIMS, which supplies inventory to dealerships whose inventory sync is turned on.
